Managing Your Subscription

Available Plans

Arqia offers four plans. All plans include every core feature including Business Profile, Reddit lead monitoring with AI outreach, X lead magnet discovery with extraction, X AI reply generation, subreddit trend monitoring, topic analysis, and post repurposing with subreddit rules. The Starter plan includes a free trial.

  • Starter — $49/month. 200 lead extractions/day, 10 magnets/day, 5 subreddits, 5 keywords, 1 team member, Community support
  • Pro — $99/month. 10,000 lead extractions/day, 20 magnets/day, Reddit post translation, 15 subreddits, 15 keywords, Up to 3 team members, Up to 3 notification emails, Email support
  • Team — $149/month. 50,000 lead extractions/day, 30 magnets/day, 30 subreddits, 30 keywords, Up to 5 team members, Up to 5 notification emails, Priority support
  • Enterprise — Custom pricing. Unlimited lead extractions, magnets, subreddits, keywords, team members, notification emails. Dedicated account manager

Viewing Your Current Plan

Billing is managed per organization. You can access the Billing page in two ways:

  • Click your profile image in the top-right corner of the navbar, then select Manage Billing from the dropdown.
  • Open the organization selector dropdown, click the options button next to the organization, then select Billing.

The Billing page shows the plan, usage, and renewal date for the currently loaded organization. Switch organizations to view billing for a different one.

Upgrading Your Plan

Open the Billing page and click "Change Plan" to see available options. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. All your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation.

Team Members and Permissions

Workspaces

Each workspace in Arqia represents one brand or project. A single user can belong to multiple workspaces. Connected platform accounts (Reddit, X) are shared across the entire workspace, so all team members can use them.

Inviting Team Members

Navigate to Settings > Team to invite new members by email. Select a role for each invited member.

Roles

  • Owner - Full access to everything including billing, team management, connections, and all campaigns
  • Admin - Full access to campaigns, connections, and settings, but cannot manage billing or transfer ownership
  • Member - Can view and interact with campaigns, leads, and inbox, but cannot modify settings or manage team

Removing Members

Owners and Admins can remove team members from the Team settings page. Removed members lose access immediately.
