• Automated collection and AI ICP analysis of social media (Instagram, X/Twitter) followers and commenters
• CRM pipeline management
• AI content generation and SEO tools

2. Account and Registration

• You must be at least 14 years of age to use the Service.
• You are required to provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Social Media Integration

• You voluntarily connect your Instagram or X account to the Service.
• Only publicly available profile data is collected. Private information is not accessed.
• You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Send spam, abuse the Service, or distribute automated bulk messages
• Collect or resell other users' data without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, crawl, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Fees and Payment

• The Service is offered as a free trial and paid subscription.
• Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment, provided the Service has not been substantially used.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and technology included in the Service are the intellectual property of the Company. You retain ownership of any content you create through the Service.

7. Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis results. Results are for reference purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the availability or data provision of third-party APIs (Instagram, X/Twitter).
• We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Service Modifications and Termination

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
