Common Connection Errors

Authorization Failed

If the OAuth authorization fails, try the following:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Make sure you are logged into the correct Reddit account
  • Try using a different browser
  • Check if your platform account has any restrictions or suspensions

Connection Expired

OAuth tokens can expire over time. If you see a "Connection Expired" message, simply click "Reconnect" on the Connections page to re-authorize. Your campaign settings and lead data will be preserved.

Rate Limit Errors

Reddit imposes rate limits on API usage. If you encounter rate limit errors, Arqia will automatically pause and retry. You do not need to take any action. The system handles rate limiting gracefully.

Campaign Not Running

Check Your Connections

The most common cause of inactive Reddit monitoring is an expired connection. Go to Settings > Connections to verify that your Reddit account shows an "Active" status. X features do not require a connection.

Reddit: No Leads in Queue

  • Verify that your monitored subreddits are active and have recent posts
  • Check if your keywords are too narrow and try broader terms
  • Make sure your Business Profile is complete, as AI uses it for lead evaluation

X: No Leads or Sources

  • Make sure your Business Profile is complete. AI uses it to discover relevant lead sources
  • Check if your daily magnet or extraction limits have been reached for your plan
  • Try broader keywords in your Business Profile to expand lead source discovery
  • Manually add lead sources if AI suggestions don't match your niche

Check Campaign Status

Make sure your campaign is not paused. Campaigns can be paused manually or automatically if billing issues are detected. Resume from the campaign dashboard.

Resetting Your Password

From the Login Page

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a password reset link. The link expires after 24 hours.

From Your Account Settings

If you are already logged in, go to Settings > Security. Click "Change Password" and enter your current password followed by your new password.

Still Cannot Access Your Account?

If you cannot reset your password through the usual methods, contact our support team at support@arqia.ai with your account email address and we will help you regain access.
