Step 1: Sign Up and Enter Your Website

After creating your account, enter your website URL. Arqia's AI analyzes your site and automatically creates a Business Profile including your company overview, ideal customer profile (ICP), customer pain points, and relevant keywords.

Step 2: Set Up Lead Sources

Choose your outreach channel:

Reddit - Add subreddits and keywords to monitor. AI crawls posts in real-time and evaluates each one for lead potential. See the Reddit Lead Discovery Guide for details.
X (Twitter) - AI discovers high-signal posts 30 minutes before your Daily Summary time. Extract authors and commenters as leads, then filter with AI Smart Filter that reads bios and source comments for ICP fit. See the X (Twitter) Lead Discovery Guide for details.

Step 3: Review Leads and Engage

Reddit - Qualified leads appear in a queue. Review each one and approve to have AI generate and post a personalized comment.
X - Extracted leads are filtered by AI Smart Filter, which reads bios and source comments for ICP fit and removes spam accounts. AI generates a personalized reply for each lead. Copy the reply and open the original post on X to engage directly.

Step 4: Monitor Results

Check your Analytics dashboard for campaign performance, reply rates, and lead conversion. You'll also receive a Daily Summary email at your configured time with key metrics.

Connecting Your Accounts

Reddit Connection

Reddit requires an OAuth connection so Arqia can monitor subreddits and post comments on your behalf. Navigate to Settings > Connections, click "Connect" next to Reddit, and follow the authorization flow. It takes less than 30 seconds.

X (Twitter) — No Connection Required

X features work without connecting your account. Arqia discovers lead sources, extracts leads, and generates AI reply suggestions independently. You copy the reply and open the original post on X to engage directly.

Managing Connections

You can view, refresh, or disconnect Reddit from the Connections page. If a connection expires, Arqia will notify you and prompt you to re-authorize. Connected accounts are shared across your entire workspace.
